Fast pace, constant change, big questions \u2014 sometimes it\u2019s easy to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or out of balance. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and realign.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"438\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"440\" data-end=\"478\"><strong data-start=\"440\" data-end=\"476\">Emotion-Focused In-Depth Therapy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"480\" data-end=\"782\">Working with feelings \u2014 and our relationship to them \u2014 is often the key to healing. For some, this means learning to allow emotions; for others, it\u2019s more about regulating them. Very often, the focus lies in developing new perspectives and experiencing emotions in a different, more constructive way.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"988\">Methods such as <em data-start=\"800\" data-end=\"831\">IFS (Internal Family Systems)<\/em> and <em data-start=\"836\" data-end=\"846\">Focusing<\/em> are powerful, emotion-focused approaches. They can open the door to deeper, often unexplored layers of experience \u2014 sometimes very quickly.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"990\" data-end=\"1314\">If it feels comfortable for you, this work can also be done with your eyes closed. That way you can fully explore your inner images and feelings without external distraction. I provide time, space, and gentle guidance where needed \u2014 but always stay in the background. The most valuable solutions come from within yourself.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1319\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1357\"><strong data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1355\">Short-Term Therapy or Coaching<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1629\">Sometimes you may need support that works quickly. Short-term therapy can be especially helpful in moments of crisis or when you want coaching on specific topics. In just a few sessions, we can develop clear and practical steps to help you regain your sense of agency.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1631\" data-end=\"1889\">While deeper issues can of course emerge, the focus here is on concrete solutions and strengthening your resources. Particularly in areas such as self-assertion, setting boundaries, or self-care, important and lasting changes can arise within a short time.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1891\" data-end=\"2131\">Short-term therapy may also include creating new visions for your future. Sometimes this involves small but effective \u201chomework\u201d \u2014 for example, making a list of your values and needs, or writing an unsent letter to a parent or ex-partner.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2136\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2164\"><strong data-start=\"2138\" data-end=\"2162\">Fear (of) Diagnoses?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2166\" data-end=\"2325\">My focus is on people and their stories, not on labels. Still, through many years of clinical experience, I am very familiar with most psychiatric diagnoses.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2327\" data-end=\"2678\">If you live with depression, adjustment disorders, complex PTSD, ADHD, borderline, or other so-called personality disorders, you are very welcome here. Anxiety disorders are a particular specialty of mine \u2014 whether phobias, panic attacks, or generalized anxiety.
