I offer you guidance and assistance on your journey through your inner world. Central to this is mindfulness, or non-judgmental awareness. It helps us find a good distance between experiences and feelings and is a significant tool on the path towards inner freedom. Profound changes also often require a new, open perspective. It might involve acknowledging, accepting, and integrating our various, sometimes seemingly contradictory, parts.
A fresh and open view, a non-judgmental presence, and a meeting at eye level form the basis of my approaches. I offer you my support when you find yourself in a difficult life situation, in a crisis, or when you are experiencing psychological or psychosomatic symptoms.
