
Radical Acceptance
The core of my work is radical acceptance: everything is allowed to be as it is, at least at first. Whatever shows up inside you – pain, doubt, joy – is welcome. Once we stop fighting what is, change becomes way easier.
That might mean letting go of old stress patterns, integrating painful memories, finding a healthier way to deal with feelings, or simply reconnecting with your intuition. Sometimes it’s also about very practical steps toward solving conflicts or navigating a crisis.
I bring years of experience from a renowned crisis ward, solid therapeutic training, and deep roots in mindfulness practice. This allows me to respond flexibly to your needs. My approach is emotion-focused, but with great emphasis on giving you enough space. Healing needs freedom and space and the experience that you are the one making the moves.
Acceptance & Mindfulness
At the heart of my practice is mindfulness: consciously noticing thoughts, emotions, and body sensations — and meeting them with clarity and acceptance.
From there, we explore what works best for you:

IFS (Internal Family Systems): understanding and integrating the different (sometimes contradictory) parts of ourselves.

Focusing: a body-based approach to intuition and gut feeling.

Cognitive work: spotting old beliefs, testing their truth, and swapping them for more supportive ones.

Systemic solutions: less “old stories,” more future focus. Seeing clearly what’s here now, and creating fresh visions or concrete next steps.
This creates a mindful, protected space where real change can unfold.

I support people going through transitions, emotional stress, decision conflicts, crises, anxiety, depression — or simply those who want personal growth.
