I don’t offer quick-fix advice or superficial solutions. Instead, I create space for you to deepen your connection and build long-term understanding. At the same time, sometimes what’s needed is something more down-to-earth and pragmatic — clarity, concrete steps, and a way forward. Both are possible here.
In-Depth Therapy
This approach is gentle and emotion-focused, drawing from methods like IFS (Internal Family Systems) or Focusing, depending on what works best for you as a couple. One possible process involves alternating focus: while one partner works through something, the other observes — then you switch. This can open up surprising insights and help both of you develop a deeper sense of mutual understanding.
Solution-Oriented Support
Sometimes the work is more practical: finding clarity, perhaps small steps toward reconnection or solving conflicts. Or the issue might be finding the answer to the question, does this relationship still have a future?
And even if the honest answer turns out to be a no, I also support couples in navigating this transition with care. In those cases, the focus is less on healing as a couple and more on mediation, moderation, and pragmatic support — finding a respectful way to move forward into new chapters of your lives.
